What we do

Excalibur Personnel enables school districts to retain valuable employees by entering into contracts to supply the district with employees in a management or clerical position. The district will select the employees, usually current employees who are eligible for retirement, to be hired by Excalibur Personnel.

Excalibur Personnel pays the employee and all appropriate employment taxes. The school district pays Excalibur Personnel in accordance with the agreed upon contract. The contract can be on a monthly, weekly, or even daily basis. Customized contracts are available for full or part time employees to serve the needs of the school district.
