Paul, a principal at Powell Middle School has completed 30 years in Michgan Public Education and is now eligible to retire. Paul enjoys his job, is well respected by the school community and is not ready to leave his current job.

Paul retires on the last day of September, begins drawing his retirement pay and begins health benefit coverage through retirement. On the first day of October, Paul returns to his position of Principal at Powell Middle school as an employee of Excalibur Personnel. Paul draws the same pay from Excalibur that he earned when employed by the school district, the district pays 15% less than Paul’s former compensation package to Excalibur. Paul remains in a job he loves and the district retains an experienced leader.
